Bapak Ibu Guru dimanapun anda berada di bawah ini sedikit gambaran atau cara pengusulan NUPTK secara online di Verval PTK baik langsung saja kita mulai.
langkah pertama kita masuk ke website Verval PTK di http://vervalptk.data.kemdikbud.go.id/ setelah halaman terbuka masuk dengan user dan password yang digunakan untuk vervalPD yaitu akun operator sekolah yang telah diregistrasikan di sdm.data.kemdikbud.go.id seperti gambar di bawah ini
Kemudian setelah berhasil masuk ke menu vervalPTK klik TAB NUPTK ( lihat gambar di bawah) .. kemudian pilih Calon penerima NUPTK, Pilih Nama Calon Penerima NUPTK maka akan muncul menu Upload Dokumen.
Scan Dokumen yang di Upload adalah
1. Scan KTP Asli
2. Scan SK GTY / CPNS/PNS
3. Scan SK Penugasan dari Yayasan/Sekolah ( SK PBM)
4. Scan Ijasah SD s.d Ijasah S1 ( Asli)
Scan dalam Format PDF Besar File di bawah 1Mega
Jangan Lupa Mengirim File Pendukung ke UPT berupa Copy Dokumen yang di Upload tadi dan di legalisir. rangkap 2.
